Hello everyone, my first post. I was lucky enough to have a total knee replacement on the 6th December, I'm doing OK , but just wanted to ask if anyone has any tips for me of how much I should be doing, I do all the exercises and am managing with one crutch and have done a couple of walks around the block. The most…
OK. Thats weird. My knees are stiff and I can live with it, but when I lie down they ache to the point I can't rest. I hear of folks can't sleep from pain, but to me this is another first for the weirdness of arthritis. I can sit comfortably all day and then when I lie down for a bit of a rest, off they go.

I have one hip replacement and one hip resurface. I am awaiting a new right ankle. Thanks in anticipation.

Hello, I have recently had an x ray on my right knee and hands. I have osteoarthritis in my knee, fingertip joints and thumb. I have my first physio appt for my knee at the end of the month. Finding it a struggle to walk at the moment my knee keeps locking up and is very painful. Do walking sticks help?
