Hi

My name is Paul and I am 58.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine over 10 years ago and until recently its been pretty stable. However I am now starting to get very worried as many of my other joints are starting to show signs of distress.

Hope I can learn a thing or two on this forum.
