Good morning John :D

Congratulations on the painting. Well done! It took my hubby over three months to do our hall, stairs and landing so you did really well in comparison! :D I bet you are pleased with your handiwork. 8)

    Hi john

Glad to hear you are still feeling so postitive!! well done for doing the room! I hope you will rest now though a little?

You are so right - You CAN still do things - just diferently now - maybe sitting down etc.

    Love

Hi I still find I overdo it sometimes, but if I allow myself plenty of time I can do things. Its hard coming to terms with things being slow, but I'm so glad that you have managed to do you decorating. I hope you get a bigger sense of achievment now, than when you used to rush through! I find I do!

    Well done,

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.
