Hi Snowball, glad your brother is going with you. Do you belong to a union because they could support you too.

    Good luck,

Just saw this thread, snowball & glad you are appealing. Blooming cheek - just sending P45 without a letter! I think that is breaking the law for a start!
I was in similar position aft my op earlier this year & am now unemployed but on ESA.
My so called "colleagues" were rubbish too & I got no card flowers, nothing even though I was the one who always used to arrange them for everyone else! I just blank them in the street now & shop for toiletries in Superdrug instead if you catch my drift!!
I even had some books & acheivent manuals in my locker there & they haven't even bothered to return them to me. My partners company have been fantastic, though & have visited with beautiful flowers. Just shows you doesn't it!
    Fingers crossed for your appeal

Well I've been to see someone at my soicitors and they are going to rewrite everything up and discuss it with a soicitor and see what they can do for me. So as soon as I know anything I will let you know and thank you once again for your support it means a lot :)

Just letting you know I went to see a solicitor and as I only have a 50% chance of winning they can't / wont help me. I could do it myself with my brothers help, but due to my mum being ill I have decided not to go ahead. I need to focus all my energy on supporting my mum and family.

You've made the right decision, you can now put that chapter behind you and concentrate on looking after your Mum.

    Good luck with everything
