    hi everyone ive just joined this forum and am looking forward to getting some tips and advice about my condition ,ive got cervical spondylosis and am currently having on going treatment which is a bit hit and miss

    Hi thaks tilly its nice to know that there are people you can talk to im sure my poor husband gets fed up of listening to me going on though he is very good ,its good to get advice and tips x
