3 hours in wedge sandals (mainly sitting) feeling good about myself = 24 hours of aches, pains pulls and stresses - worth it - just for once - yes !!!

    Brilliant..I tried this the day ..lasted an hour but wasn't walking... :lol::lol: oh well maybe next time..

    Oh Jillyb - soooo positive, you are an inspiriation, and I bet you look fab in them.
    I have a friend with RA who wears girly shoes a lot, she says it hurts anyway so what the heck !

    Hi Barbara, was it a good hour though, so long as you enjoyed it. It was such a boost for me, in more ways than one, I am 5 ft tall and my hubby is 6 ft, it was lovely to be a little taller for a while :lol:
