Hi again just an update,on Monday I had both knees cleared out the piece of bone that caused me to fall so orften has gone gone gone :P and a tear repaired and all ready am walking a lot less painfully onwards and upwards .. :lol: But I need a partial knee cap replacement and still the foot fusion surgery and thumb but that is minor ish altho starting to get worse .. Back to see surgeon in 2 weeks to discuss the rest of my 2 yr action plan as he calls it .I hope things improve .

Is anyone local NW London/SW Herts area ? I would like to start a meetup type of group ?
