Voluntary work ?

Would I be able to do voluntary work in my local Age Concern shop and keep my ESA Im on the support group of ESA and have been off workince 2010. I am very depressed at the moment since I just am on my own alday wen hubby is at work my daughter is working and has moved to her own house and my son is off to Australia next month. So I will only have my cats for company allday!! Ive also no friends as when I left work unfortunately my colleages were not interested in keeping in touch

Short answer is yes. The longer answer is yes but talk it over with maybe yur GP first so that it will be considered therepy for you, also be sure to let the ESA people know what you intend to do.0
