I have severe facet joint osteoarthritis and now the darned OA is starting to affect other joints too. I am currently not working but would like to know what sort of work anyone with similar problems has managed to cope with and any adaptations that have helped.
I have had a very wide work experience but still need to work another 12 years until retirement. Is it possible to use a computer at work and not make the damage worse? Any advice welcome as I am finding information on this a little hard to find. Many thanks

Mm, I'm not surprised, Fay22. The trouble is, we're all different and differently affected plus our arthritis progresses at different rates. There's no one-size-fits-all solution.
I know others have had special chairs/keyboards etc but that, as I recall, was for jobs they were already doing.
Maybe our helplines could be of use. You can post on their thread, email or PM them. Good luck!If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
