Hippy birthday to my RTHR

HI
It is 1 year today since my RTHR. Recovery from this one has been on the whole good. I am doing my physio daily and keeping up with swimming and walking to try to keep things strong around the joint.

    Gosh, a year already? :shock: Why does time speed up the older we get? :? You've had your ups-and-downs in the past 365 days but hopefully more of the ups will come along now. DD

    Yes a year already! Well time flies when you`re having fun (?!?!?) :lol:
    I am just glad I only have 2 hips!! No more to replace now :wink:

    Mine is a year old on my late mums birthday the 10th of July...so a way to go yet
    I remember well me pming you and you calming me down and giving me lots of info...you have had a mixed ride, what with the dislocation , but hopefully things will improve for you ..gosh the time goes so fast...you take good care of it xx
