How is that for fast. Spoke to the specialist on the phone so I didn't even have to go back in to the office. WOW!

As thrilling as that was, I am also thrilled to find out that nothing is amiss in my brain....WoooHooo. So without a CNS cause for my neurological problems, I believe this means I can start Enbrel. Already booked an appointment with my rheum and I'm going to start a short course of prednisone tomorrow as I have really had enough of PsA at the moment!

What great news and what a great way to start the week. You must feel so relieved. Thanks for letting us know so quickly.

Hey Anna I've just come on here for the first time in ages knowing that you would have had your scan and a bit apprehensive about how it had gone. So I'm thrilled that all is clear for you to start Enbrel :P ! Fingers crossed (while I can - I'm off all RA meds again because of side effects  ) for you that it is the wonder drug you need and deserve. Gentle hugs, Mat xx

Thank you all for sharing in my good news and your lovely well-wishes :D .

I was feeling slightly unwell when I started this thread and now have just spent the days since completely flattened by a stomach virus. Oh! What a nasty bug and I'm used to nasty :o

Feeling better now and looking forward to getting back to normal.

Oh I'm sorry, Anna. Arthritis ought to carry some guarantee against the other rubbish of life but, unfortunately, it doesn't. Glad you're on the mend now :D
