Not terribly well known in the UK but he did have many radio and tv appearances mostly known for his Australian speech.

Bill Kerr, the last surviving member of the classic "Hancocks Half Hour" radio line-up of the fifties, has died in Australia aged 92. Best-known as somewhat of a dimwit in the radio series he was, nevertheless, a fine dramatic actor and demonstrated his acting talents in a number of films and T.V appearances on his return to Australia in 1979. Many happy memories come flooding back - thanks, Bill and RIP
