This is not a numbers game.
You could call it an information bulletin.
I have posted on this site before about chat4change which is a
selfmanagement course for a group of 4 5 or 6 people.
One2one is a relatively. new course, where, as the name implies,
the course is between just two people.
The news is that AC has now got both courses running and about to start.
If you are interested just log on to the AC website, click on the area
where you live and follow the directions.

Thanks for the info, ichabod. Alas, the link for Northern England doesn't work.

    Hello sw,

I know you are situate on the wrong side of the Pennines, but keep
    trying; it does work.
You could ring the help line and get the know how to apply from
    there.

To be honest, I'm not planning on applying. What I haven't already learned I can happily live without :D But I just mentioned it because the link did fail and I've found in the past that they do so regularly on here.

Steady on there, ichabod. Not only does Yorkshire have broadband but it also has a good cricket team

I notice they are currently trying to line themselves up for a streaky
    win against God's own county.

Yup. A 'streaky' innings an 18 run victory :D

Lancashire gave them a sporting chance, and ok for the
innings but 18 is not many

    Hey up, sw.
    250 plus runs and suspended.
    That's not cricket.

If you behave like a pollick you can expect to take the consequences. The punishment is harsh given where it comes in the season but he should have thought of that before he did it. Yorkshire will still win the championship barring a disaster but he won't now be on the field at the time.

I did the one to one and it was very good

To be honest here I was doing everything I should and was already dealing with the hospital, pain Managment appointments and my GP it the way I should be so I did not really learn very much but it was great to talk to some one who understood what it is like to have these problems

That's what it's all about James.
Why not try a c4c course now?

c4c leads. If that doesnt work ring the AC helpline and ask to register.

    Hi
Our volunteer co-ordinator is looking for volunteers to run the one to one. When we were running the drip in point last week she was dropping heavy hints
I've got enough on at the minute with all the volunteering I do for them

    Love
