Enjoy your trip, Tony - we're enjoying our week in North Wales, where it's been mostly Sun & showers, & definitely on the cool side, but not stopping us having a nice time.

Having a great time so far. It is lovely spending time with the kids.. Our nephew and niece.
I hurt myself today though. I really wanted to go onto the beach but the tide was in and all we had left to go on were pebbles. I'm paying for that now :(
Today was Meth day as well as patch changing day. That's never a good combo really. I've added another 25mcg/hr to the 50 I always wear. Hoping that will help. Although I've been trying to sleep for the past hr with no joy. The pain is dreadful.

Never mind lol. Tomorrow is another day. I'll take it as easy as possible. Haha.

    Hope you are all well

    Xx

I have spent the whole of today resting and watching endless stupid cartoons lol. . I don't know what these kids watch these days. I couldn't understand any of what was happening. . :? Haha.

We are having another movie night tonight but happily it's the grown ups turn. We watched two kids films last night.. Lol

    Hope all are well :bunnysuit:

I stumble over the pebbles at Pevensey Bay every year Tony and it so worth it just to sit listening to the waves and to see the smiles on the children's faces. Mind you I have a steroid injection before hand so I'm sure that helps.

It is chilly though hope it isn't spoiling things.

    Smoke me a kipper.......

I know what you mean about it being worth it. . Lol
The kids had a great time. I taught them how to skim stones. I hurt my wrist and elbow like but still..... Lol

We have been out all of the day today. Had a brilliant time butI am done in now. Time to rest.

Right.... So that's two lots of kippers so far. Anyone else? :D

    Thanks for the EMGH's hun. . :D

Another order of kippers taken.. I think I shall buy a few decent resealable food bags for the trip home. . Don't want the car stinking of kippers lol.

The coach trips these days are great. The coaches are so much better too. We have been going to Spain on the coach since 2008 and boy have we noticed the difference.. We now have a tv each with tons of films etc to watch and games to play too. And all of the seats are fully reclining.. I know that all coaches aren't the same but I really am glad that the ones we use are lol.

We go with siesta. . They brought out some new coaches a couple of years ago. I think they are going to be replacing all of their old ones eventually. You pay a bit more on the new coaches but it's not a huge difference. Takes about 28 hrs from Leeds to Tossa de Mar in Northern Spain. Janet can't fly so that's our only option but it's quite ok. .

You should try get over hun. I know you must have so much on your plate though.
It is lovely here. We have just been to watch the annual rubber duck race lol. Around 1pm it was lovely. . Then the mist returned  it got rather cold. I made sure I had a seat but my backside and hips were frozen :?

I'm pleased you are having a good time. Hope the pain doesn't get too much. Never been there but I'm told it's a lovely place. Oooh, can I have some kippers please? You can drop them off next time you come to Stockton.

Morning Christine hun.. Right. . Another kipper order. At this rate I'll be buying a crate full lol.

Will stick them in the freezer till our next Stockton outing

I ended up taking a diazapam last night. As well as putting another extra 25mcgh patch again. It worked wonders as I slept really well last night. I'm fact, I came up to bed around 5pm just expecting to have an hour maybe. It ended up being a much longer snooze lol.
Just woke up now but I think I'll get another hour in. Tis our last day today :( Set sail around 8.30 in the morning. The other option would've been to stay till the 14.00 sailing but that would get us to Haysham bang on rush hour for our drive home. No thank you lol.
