Hi everyone, Gonna keep this short and sweet, I had another fall yesterday afternoon. It took me 10mins to drag myself from were I fell to were the phone was to get help. I'm very lucky that I didn't break any bones & got away with a badly bruised right wrist & grazed knee's & left elbow. I'm very shaken and just need rest & recuperation. Pretty much back to square one! I will try and keep up after a few days rest.

That's awful. Get plenty of rest and you'll be up in no time.

I am sorry to read this, it's so easily done, isn't it? If you have a mobile maybe it's time to get into the habit of keeping it in a pocket so you can summon help or maybe think about installing one of your Local Authority's alarm systems. I hope you feel better soon. DD

I'm sorry too, bubbadog. Are there any steps you can take to try to prevent a recurrence? I'm thinking in terms of taking up any rugs, moving furniture to give you a clearer route etc.

I'm glad you got away relatively lightly.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
