This is for Jen who asked for more info on trigger points after reading research regarding trigger point involvement in knee OA.

This blog post provides an overview of how trigger points are involved in OA and how to treat them. There's a recommendation for a book - a book that I believe would slash the NHS pain relief bill if it were handed out routinely with an OA diagnosis! But you can find all the info online free of charge.

    Jen

In-case it helps I have a trigger point book and a 'thera-cane' which I use on the trigger points under my shoulder-blades. The book title was given to me by a member of this forum several years ago. If you want to know it, feel free to PM me :)
