H i all I had a Chinese takeaway last night and feel like i have been trampled on by a small horse.
Practically every joint is sore. :zombie2:
Just want to know if anyone else has experienced this.

Hello John and welcome to the forum, I think they put so may additive in there it would be hard to know what is causing this...I kept a food diary and one of the things was Chinese food..mainly the ones with thick gluteny sauce..not good when you like it..

That might be due to the high MSG (mono-sodium-glutamate) component which is common in UK 'Chinese' food but it might also be due to the weather. I too am sore all over but as my last Chinese was over three weeks ago I doubt that is the culprit. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

So sorry you feel rough Bantaman

Hope you feel better soon and that the Chinese food wasn't the culprit!

Guess what. Turned out to be the flu. Slept on chair last night so wife could get a sleep.
Still feeling lousy but not as sore. :zombie-mummy:
Although it is playing hell with my Myasthenia.

    Thanks John
