A friend recommended some cream which she purchased from Lloyds Chemist. It is called Flexiseq. Can you tell me anything about it please? My friend said it really worked wonders on her back. Many thanks

    Flexiseq is a drug-free gel used for osteoarthritis - most commonly the knee.

    It contains very small particles that the makers say attach themselves to cartilage, which can help to ‘lubricate’ the joint, reducing joint stiffness and helping with pain.

    Because it does not contain any active ingredients, it does not interact with any other medications you may be taking.

    I have now tried Flexiseq and do feel some improvement on my wrists, I am not sure my hip is any different though. Thank for the info
