Dear gjt welcome to Arthritis Care Forums.
As mods we are here to help with any problems you may have using the forums.
There are many lovely people who use the forums with a wide range of experiences in regards to having and living with arthritis. Have a good look through the different forums and pick the ones you feel are best for you.
Best wishes,

Sorry, I've no idea what mbst is. Could you explain? I've never seen it mentioned on here.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Ah! I have heard of it before. In fact, when I put it into the AC search engine, I discovered I'd even posted on threads about it
Here are the former threads http://tinyurl.com/zmafftm I now remember 'sturge' spent a lot of money going to and from the USA for it, to little or no avail.
There are a lot of 'treatments' out there which seem to help the worried well but do virtually nothing for those of us who actually have arthritis. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
