    Sorry, I've no idea what mbst is. Could you explain? I've never seen it mentioned on here.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Ah! I have heard of it before. In fact, when I put it into the AC search engine, I discovered I'd even posted on threads about it :oops:

    Here are the former threads http://tinyurl.com/zmafftm I now remember 'sturge' spent a lot of money going to and from the USA for it, to little or no avail.

    There are a lot of 'treatments' out there which seem to help the worried well but do virtually nothing for those of us who actually have arthritis.
