Guinea Pig

The kittens have gone! I lost a pound last week so it's 'bye-bye kittens'. :) I have one and a half pounds to lose to reach target weight. According to the good old internet, an adult guinea pig weighs about one and a half pounds. I must say, looking up weights like this is proving interesting, if nothing else!

My original aim was to get to my target weight by the end of 2016 - that means a total loss of 5 stone. I have one more weigh-in before the end of 2016 and, although I'm not recognising or celebrating Christmas due to my circumstances, I don't expect to hit target next week as I must be realistic with this. I'll do it though.

    Congratulations.
He did not say you will not be storm tossed, you will not be sore distressed, you will not be work weary. He said you will not be overcome.

Without a doubt you will, Grace.

Slosh; I love your quotes from Julian of Norwich.
Long ago we lived in Norfolk and I visited the Julian hermitage.

If you don't do it be the end of 2016 I know it will be very early 2017

Thank you for the continued encouragement. I've been sticking to plan and will continue to do so. Once I've weighed in again next Wednesday I'll let you know how I've got on.

Grace, I hope you managed a successful avoidance of Christmas and that the guinea pig will soon be an ex-guinea pig. ((( )))
