A google search came up with this; was that what you were looking for?

I have no experience of it. I use a generic muscle rub which has several essential oils in a greasy base - the same as Tiger Balm but way cheaper.I find it useful before gardening. For existing pain I use a generic ibuprufen gel - again way cheaper than the brand-name version. Neither of them prevents or stops pain but they can help take the edge off when things get difficult.0 -

Thank you it is very similar but was only around £5.
Could you tell me the name of the generic ibuprofen gel you use please
Thank you again0 -
This is the brand I use but I get it in my local shops not online
https://www.theindependentpharmacy.co.uk/pain/ibuprofen-gel
Various chains do their own-brand version, so places like supermarkets are worth a look. This is the 5% version - 10% gels are available but are more expensive as one might expect.
Everyone is different when it comes to how or if something works, so experimenting is often necessary. I tried Voltarol gel after a colleague and a friend both said they'd found it very effective. Did nothing for me, so not worth finding the generic version diclofenac gel to save money.
Whatever you use(sorry if this is teaching granny territory!) remember that 'natural' does not automatically mean 'safe', and that just because something is going on the skin doesn't mean it's OK to use in quantity/over long periods.0 -

Thank you for your help, going into town tomorrow will have a look round and see what's available. Once again thank you.0
