Hi Chris. It's lovely to meet you and I'm glad you managed to find us but how sad that you can't get out any more! Is it simply the arthritis or are there other factors? I have RA too and take methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine for it. What medication are you on?
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hello, it's nice to meet you and I hope we can help by offering virtual friendship. I have psoriatic and osteoarthritis, plus fibromyalgia; in comparison to you I am a mere amateur of twenty-two years' standing. You don't say why you no longer go out, is lack of mobility or accessibility issues stopping you? I am fortunate in that I still get out and about thanks to walking aids and being able to drive but there are occasions when the effort is very hard to make, oddly enough that is when the reward is the greatest.

At the moment the PsA is under good control but the OA is having a ball with the cold weather, that was always going to be the case so it's head down and weather the storm because all things pass. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
