I seen that some sunshine is promised for the Easter weekend and, as it is getting stronger with each passing day, I thought it a good opportunity to remind those who are new to methotrexate n either form that sunshine and meth do not go together; the meth makes skin more photo-sensitive and it is very easy to trigger meth rash which, as I know from experience, is very uncomfortable. If I am sitting out this weekend I shall be in the shade but lightly covered with 30 factor suncream, long sleeves, a scarf to protect the backlog my neck. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Will be delighted to see the sun and feel its warmth through the sitting room window. I should sit out in it as I have Osteoporosis, but there's always MTX to be careful of. Hope all those new ones are trouble free. Hope ALL will be trouble free throughout the holiday.

Thanks for the warning already use factor 50 as have had skin cancer but realise now I need to be even more careful. The sun is so lovely thankfully I have never been one for lying out in it.
Hope everyone has a great Easter.
