Camptocormia : Has anyone heard of this. It certainly describes how I am bent over but what does one do about it

    To be honest, I really don't think it's a great idea to go researching this sort of quite obscure thing. You have arthritis and that, to me, is the only explanation needed.

    I imagine the best thing you could do to make things better would be spinal exercises. What does your physiotherapist say and how are you getting on with it?
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Oh I am sure you are right - I just cane acorss it by accident . I am doing the exercises the physio gave me and willl be having a but of hands on thereapy next time

    The hands-on stuff sounds rather nice and the exercises should really help if you keep doing them at home. Which reminds me.......must do mine :D
