PiP tips for form filling

Hey all long time no post. Still suffering and about to claim PiP however want to make sure I hit the necessary 12 PTS any help greatly appreciated. Still working though

    I recently returned my form. I based my answers on my worst days and how they affect my abilities and activities. If you haven't done so already then a read through some of the threads on here might be useful. DD

    If there’s a Citizens Advice Bureau nearby, it’s worth making an appointment there to help with form filling. They have people who are very experienced in PIP, Blue Badge etc.
