I have really had gout in my knee i still have some pain have been constapated after i was relived the pain went is this by utica aside Nigel

    Constipation is not necessarily linked to gout (my husband has it from time to time and the naproxen he takes to shift it does not cause constipation) whereas I am constantly constipated thanks to my pan relief (co-codamol) which I take to ease the pain of arthritis. DD
