arthritis in spine

the arthritis in my spine prevents me from doing anything physical , I've always loved gardening but now my wife who is ten years younger has to it all which frustrates me badly , luckily she loves gardening and she keeps them beautiful . I don't take pain killers as I'm scared of damaging my stomach , I would love to help some how, is there anything else I can do or take which would ease the pain some what. I'll try anything just to help my wonderful wife. Thank you, James [xxx]

OA in my spine is one of my issues too but take Morphine. I live alone so manage to garden a bit by crawling, often followed by my cat who thinks I am playing with her.
