My problem with OA is mostly my hip and knee I have fell a few times coz of it,av had all different kinds of painkillers,gels,creams and quite a few injections,ouch😢,av been told I am going to need a new knee,but till then has anyone got any remedies I can try🙏

Hi @Kazmac57 and welcome to the Online Community.

I understand you have had a few falls as a result of having Osteoarthritis in your hip and knee and you are now awaiting to find out if you are going to have an operation, perhaps knee replacement surgery.

Do you currently take any drugs or prescriptions from your doctor/rheumatologist for pain-relief?
