Has anyone one come across any information in this country about Adenosine receptor

Seems like nothing more posted about this since 2018, first came across research a few weeks ago where they had tried it out on rats with good results and no side effects, but reading 2018 report seems there were some but no more after that

Research usually takes years and rats are only the start. This may or may not help at a later date but, for now, I'd concentrate on exercise and meds. Good luck with it.
