Hello All,

Thanks for adding me, been sick 12 yrs multi diagnoses and new one arthiritis, mostly used to coping but now its harder to move its getting me down a bit,look forward to tips and coping strategies.

I see you have many diagnoses and have added Arthritis to your collection. Not sure which kind so am attaching a link which is about being diagnosed with a long term condition. Of course you might already 'get' most of it anyway with your existing health issues:
