I would just like to say hello to all my fellow suffers, And introduce my self my name is Albert 68 years young, retired I have knee arthritis, I do gym 3 times a week, Carry a little extra timber, but trying too unload some of it, I walk my dog daily, generally fit, tried some different types of knee supports with some minor relief, on limited pain relief,

Hi Albert @bally and welcome to the Versus Arthritis forum.

So you suffer with knee arthritis but by the sound of it keep yourself pretty fit by taking plenty of exercise including dog walking and going to the gym regularly. You also take some limited pain relief.
