Lumps on hands??
Hi guys,
since being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis I’ve noticed I get these red bumps/lumps dotted around my hands, they -are really sore to touch too.
has anyone had this before or gets it too?

It sounds like rheumatoid nodules. I have the odd one or two but mine aren't painful. Try reading here https://www.nras.org.uk/rheumatoid-nodules

You don't say whether your lumps/spots go away or stay? With rheumatoid you do tend to get nodules around joints. I have about 5 on my hands and a large one on my elbow. They can go away but more often stay. They can also become inflamed and sore. This tends to last a few days then there's a tiny speck of pus before they settle down again. This is what happens with mine anyway. I've had a couple surgically removed when they've been in a bad spot but after a few years they've grown back. If yours aren't like this it might be best to take a photo and seek advice from your GP just so you know what they are.
Hope this helps.
