    Welcome to the Versus Arthritis online Community. I see you have Osteoarthritis - plenty of our members also have OA so you will be in good company.

    If you feel comfortable to tell us a little bit more about your Arthritis and how it affects you that would be lovely. Otherwise do have a look around the Community and join in wherever you wish. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive.

    You can probably see there are different categories - this one 'Say Hello' to introduce yourself. Then there is 'Life with Arthritis' which includes Let's move and current information & discussion about COVID amongst other things. If you just fancy a bit of distraction there is News and Chat where people play games and tell jokes etc.

    I look forward to hearing more about you and seeing your posts in future.
