Costachondritis
Hi my name is Tracey, I am new , I've had arthritis since I was about 18 months old, both rheumatoid and psoriatic.
I have had several flare ups in my ribs as well as other places , my G.P says it's either my arthritis or Costochondritis . I've had it for nearly six weeks now and anti inflammatories are not helping. Has anyone else have any ideas to ease the condition. Any ideas welcome

Have you tried a warm wheatbag @Tbroomy71 ?
You might feel a bit silly in public, but at home it might give some comfort ((()))
