Hi just wondering if anyone recommend arthritis gloves.

Compression gloves can help a bit depending on where your arthritis is, my thumbs are worse affected so I wear these:
they can be obtained through the OT at hospital or can be purchased on-line for around £40 a pair.

Thanks does my GP need to refer to OT, my fingers are more affected.

Check out your local Health Authority's website to see if you can self-refer, if not you will need to go through your GP or Physio.

I use compression gloves for rheumatoid arthritis and they are a god send! I couldn't be without them now and you can normally get a pair for about £10

It effects both my hands fingers are twisting with it very painful. Thank you for your help
