Benefits of CBD for arthritis?
HI, I have got osteoarthritis in both hips and now my left knee is getting fed up of taking the strain of my wonky hip and just for good measure I have also got gout in my big toe, but apart from that I am a perfect physical specimen .For a 99 year old I am in pretty good nick, the only problem is I am only 69.
I just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience of CBD for their arthritis? I have seen a lot of good reports about the benefits of CBD for pain relief, but as we all know customer feedback or internet articles can't always be trusted.
I would very much like to hear of any of your experiences using CBD for your arthritis pain.

Welcome to the Forum, @oldbaldman. I am pleased to see you have retained your sense of humour, despite the progressing OA.
Here are some links that might be of assistance.
I wish you luck.

Lots of us have tried CBD, some say it is OK some, like me, say it does nothing. I have tried differing strengths of CBD oil and varying methods of using it including vaping and had no positive effect from it whatsoever. Everyone is different though so it may help some people. My view is that ANYTHING that MAY help the pain of OA is worth a try.
