Hi ya

i am 32 have had some form of arthritis since born (born with clicky hips turned into osto-artheritis) . In the last 3 year i have developed OA in both my knees 😩. Has anyone found any good medication or treatment that could help or slow it down. It has gone so fast i cant even accept it yet. 1 year ago i was able to ride a electric 2 wheel bicycle now 2 weeks ago i tried a 3 wheel bicyle cant even ride it with the pain 😢
