Hello @JaniceCann and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.

I understand that you have OA and RA. Our website contains a lot of useful information and has a good search function as well. You do not say how this affects you, but you can use the search function to look up for example hips and it will return backlinks to pain relief and exercise for that.
