Diet and Osteoarthritis
Hi. I have only recently joined this website and have tried looking for relevant posts on diet and how it affects your arthritis.
Has anyone any tips/advice on what foods to eat/avoid to help alleviate pain and stiffness in joints. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee. I take painkillers, use ibugel on my knee and I also take Glucosamine caps ( not sure they are helping much to be honest) these only give very temporary relief. I was wondering if a long term change of diet may help my symptoms.
Any advice would be well appreciated. Thank you.
