Neck arthritis,stenosis

Morning all,(stage 2)

I have just joined this forum,I had a incident at work 19hrs ago,I now have arthritis(stage 2) classed as mild 🤔 stenosis and neophytes on my c3 c4 c5

This seems to affect me in a bit way,pain in shoulder,,arms,further down spine,neck,head,advantage at times.

Just wondering if there is other people on this forum that have much the same?And what they find

best to control pain,I feel like people think I'm exaggerating
