Hi, I'm new to the forums. Does anyone know if donut cushions help coccyx pain?

Hello, @Mich_lee1 and welcome to the forum. You do not say a great deal about your condition. If you were to post more fully, I am sure that you would get more extensive information from our membership.

I have this type of coccyx cushion that I use particularly when driving. It was suggested to my by an occupational therapist after I was diagnosed with bulging discs at the base of my spine.

Hi I got one of these cushions as I work from home using a computer. I've found it really helps my back when I've had to sit for a while. I didn't find it so helpful sitting on the settee at night. I hope this helps.

Hello @WeeMo and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you find that as well.
I understand that you have arthritis in your hip and find cushions like this useful. Our website also contains lots of hints and tips and I would recommend having a look around it. To help I've put a couple of links in below which may be of interest.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their support and experiences as well.
With very best wishes
Peter
