Flare ups
Hi I'm new here, Had right total knee replacement 9 yrs ago .Awaiting left now.
I get flare ups of OA change of seasons especially Autumn.
Try to keep active with walking and going to gym . Retired after 50 yrs last August .

You have had one knee replacement and are awaiting the left knee soon. I hope the wait won't be too long for you. You mention that you get flare ups related to the seasons especially Autumn, I know quite a few members have commented on weather conditions affecting their arthritis .Meanwhile you are spending your retirement keeping active with walking and the gym.
