Hi everybody

I’ve joined the community to find fellow O/A or other arthritic condition sufferers .

it would be good to chat to people who understand the pain and restrictions .

Ive had O/A in a few joints over the years but for the last 7 months it’s been my knees that are a problem , especially my left … soooo painful . I’m 57 and feel like I’ve been in pain forever with various joint issues .

I understand that you have osteoarthritis and would like to chat to people who understand this, you are in the right place. I also understand that you are looking for info on pain management.
