Hi Kezzo,
Many clinics tend to see patients at either 6months or 12months, that goes up if someone's arthritis is not well controlled.
How well controlled is your arthritis? What are the results of your own blood tests? It's often helpful to find out what targets are being aimed for with your treatment - ie the exact numbers for ESR/ CRP so you can be empowered to monitor your own condition too.
If you are aware that something is going badly, then that's the time to ring the rheumatology nurse and request an appointment.
