@jellyfish89 I did the Escape Pain 6 week physio led class recently. I also couldn't do the step up and down exercises without causing increased pain. I did the ones that didn't cause me as much pain…1 -

I don't know what kind of pain you have. If it's really acute, I'd go to your consultant but there is a moment in the surgery recovery when exercises are really painful and, in my opinion, you have t…3 -

Yeah, my hot spots are around the front of the hip joint. I’ve mentioned to speak to my doctor now and has told me to bring up very very slowly and to leave out exercises that I can’t do at all until…1
