@Trish22 if you are off painkillers you won a useful battle. However you might have noticed the stiffness just comes and goes. I find its like sleep cycles it just happens whenever the system decides…2 -

This is one of the outdoor launderettes. I just sat in my car while it was done 20 minutes too and it adds the powder and everything you need. Really useful for larger items like duvets. Morning Joan…1
