hiya all

you know when they say dance like know one is watching, well last night i danced like i didn't have arthur  i have to say that he was about the whole night, almost like a traffic warden waiting to give me a ticket, however i only worn my high heals for an hour then got out my ugg boots, did look very funny with a dress.
i only danced for half an hour but boy did i dance, that old lady that i have to take with me everywhere, she was banished to the car park
the best thing is that i feel fine this morning just a bit stiff

what a difference to how i felt this time last week, i was crippled after getting a virus and old arthur turly went to town on me, i couldn't even stand up!

just wanted to share my high with you after all with arthritis we do have far to many lows.

    Hi Suzie,

I gave up partying and dancing long ago but recently had a THR so when I got home I put on some music and danced!I couldnt move my feet like I wanted(didnt want to dislocate my hip)but I moved some parts of my body!It was such a high.... just hope the neighbours couldnt see me through the window!
So pleased you had a great time.We have to take hold of the good days and grab them by the throat to make up for all we are missing.
Take care, hope you are not too sore this morning.

    Hi Suzie

It's amazing what you can do if you try, isn't it? Last year, my son got married and they had a barn dance at the wedding party. I was determined to join in, despite arthritic knees, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though I shuffled a bit where I should have been skipping.

i'm not a dancing person, more of a head banger, lol.
think arms by your side slight sway, goth dancing i think its called, well thats as energetic as i get, although maybe a quick line dance then, my eldest loves hannah montana but when i see her i just think of her dad, billy ray cyrus singing 'achy breaky heart' we could line dance to that? lol
