I had my first bout of reactive arthritis 7 years ago from a Strep infection in my foot, and I made a full recovery. I think it might have returned after a bladder infection and I was wondering if anyone here has had recurring bouts of Reactive Arthritis?
I've just joined today. I have OA in my hands, knee and shoulder. I didn't realise how restrictive this is until I tried a yoga class yesterday. I used to find it quite easy but now my left leg refuses to bend so I can't do the movements. Do you think perseverance will make it more flexible? Thanks
