Hi, I was recently diagnosed with RA. I’ve always been active and liked to run and workout at home. Due to wrist and thumb pain I’m struggling to know how to continue. The articles I read talk about maintaining fitness, is this still possible at my current level? How can I lift weights or do I have to stop?

However even the oral morphine does not help the pain at night or for the first two or three hours every morning. I'm 87 and live alone with my family all living overseas. I'm finding it harder and harder to live a normal life…
Hi Everyone, my name is Patrick and I'm a 58 year old HGV driver living in Leicestershire. In 2018 I had a full left knee replacement due to bone on bone due to arthritis (but can't remember which one) Now 6 years later my right knee seems to be suffering the same symptoms. After a GP phone appointment, physiotherapy face…
